It's rare. But I've been in LA most of my life. And for me, the ocean is constantly calling my name. I drool at the sight of it. I guess it's an oxymoron in itself - strong but quiet, perfect but disheveled, calm but destructive - all qualities i think of in myself & it sucks me in each time. So I guess I constantly run to it because it's like greeting myself. Reminding myself who i am. If i ever need a breather it's where i go. It's where i read, nap, meditate, work out and learn. I spend most of my weekdays trying to give people information, finish excel docs, and run numbers. but here I can just sit and listen. I swear it's trying to speak to me. Think im crazy - I don't care. It would be nice to see life with the eyes of someone who sees it the way i do. But for now guess it's just me & mr. el porto ;) (North Manhattan Beach, for all you non-locals).
If you ever can't find me - you know where to look :)
