Super Simple Vegan Gluten Free Salad

Local Organic Ingredients Only Recommended:

 1. Large Tomatoes, approximately 4
2. Garbanzo Beans, soaked overnight
3. Kidney Beans, soaked overnight
4. Avocado

 For The Dressing: Squeeze some lemon & add salt & pepper / a drizzle of oil, maybe a smash of garlic or two

 **Recipe is intentionally simple, for those in-a-rush mom's or working ladies**
